Dolphin Harbour Villa is surrounded by water on 3 sides so you are guaranteed fantastic views from all the rooms in the house! Above is the first master bedroom and the view beyond. The living room and the loft bedroom (bedroom 4) share the same view and the living room has a screened balcony. The dolphins and manatee come so close you can watch them play and you may even be able to hear them! You can even watch the sun go down from your own balcony! There are no bridges between you and the Gulf of Mexico so you can hire a boat, keep it at the villa and set off to explore all the Gulf has to offer.

The first master bedroom overlooks the bay, the second master bedroom and the third bedroom overlook the intracoastal waterway, and the fourth bedroom has views over both! Both the first and second master bedrooms, as well as the living room, have balconies in order for the views to be fully appreciated.

Dolphin Harbour Villa sleeps 12 guests in comfort and 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. It has cable TV in every bedroom, and a games area with air hockey and Sony Plastation 2. It even has high speed internet, just bring your laptop! The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, and there is also a washing machine and tumble drier for your convenience. We even provide baby equipment including a cot (crib), highchair and stroller, free of charge. There are also DVDs, toys and games, beach and fishing equipment to help you have a fantastic holiday.

Boat hire can be arranged by the hour, day or week at discounted rates. The boat can be delivered to you at the villa. Many types of boats are available and if you fancy a change mid hire that can even be arranged for you.

The community has a large South facing heated pool, fishing pier, two tennis courts, 4 gas BBQ grills, 1 charcoal BBQ grill and a clubhouse with pool table and table tennis. It is in a very convenient location for shopping at Port Charlotte, and there are many beaches within a short drive.
