Behind Dolphin Creek villa is the serene Coral Creek leading out into this Gulf. You can watch the fabulous sunrise, then spend the day boating, fishing from your private dock (the fish jump out of the water right in front of you!), or just enjoy the pool and spa (which due to its position benefits from the sun all day). You can sometimes even see manatee playing just by the dock. In front of the villa is the Cape Haze Links golf course and there are many more local courses.

This home is set on a lot and a half with one of the best views in the area, and a large garden, including an orchard. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and is designed in a split floor plan with multiple living areas. It sleeps 12 guests plus an infant in the crib/cot provided. The master bedroom has a king sized 4 poster bed and its own en-suite full bathroom, while two of the other bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. There are two further bedrooms and a third bathroom with shower (which is adapted for the disabled). Of the 4 remaining bedrooms 2 are queens and 2 are twins. All bedrooms have a water view. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility room with washer and drier. Plenty of space for everyone is afforded by a large living room, family room and separate dining room.

Cable TV is provided in every bedroom as well as the family room, there is a VCR and a DVD player. There is a games room with air hockey and table football and there is a Sony Playstation 2 which also plays DVDs. The telephone allows free local calls. In case there are children in your party, 2 strollers, a cot/crib and a highchair are provided free of charge.

The large pool and spa have electric heating. This is better at heating the pool year round than solar.
