£75 or $100 per week surcharge when there are 7 or 8 guests

£150 or $225 per week surcharge when there are 9 or 10 guests

£300 or $450 per week surcharge when there are 11 or 12 guests

A security deposit of £200 or $300 is held in case of damage or loss to the property.
